We are nearly through phase one on our Annesley Bridge project were we are building 17 brand new apartments and 2 ground floor commercial retail
Annesley Bridge,
North Strand
New build of 17 apartments, spread over 6 floors
This development consists of 17 one and two bedroom apartments, spread over 6 floors.
Also included in this development is a ground floor commercial/cafe unit.
Other features include balconies to the north, south east & west elevations, with roof terrace on fifth & sixth floor levels, internal bike storage, refuse store, new common pedestrian access from Poplar Row and associated landscaping & site works.
This project began with the removal of an existing structure and associated materials
Kavco Group is working with state agencies to provide badly needed social housing in Dublin City
Kavco Group have persevered and adapted to social distancing where possible and strictly implemented health & safety measures throughout the site
