North Circular Road – March Update Work is coming along nicely on our Residential/Commercial build on North Circular Road in Dublin. We’re currently on the
North Circular Road, Dublin
This development consists of 10 apartments over 5 floors while also including commercial space on the ground floor.
Groundworks commenced in late 2020 and currently, the build is focused on the third floor.
We expect to have this project completed in Q3 2021.
This project began with the removal of an existing structure and associated materials
Kavco Group is working with state agencies to provide badly needed social housing in Dublin City
Kavco Group have persevered and adapted to social distancing where possible and strictly implemented health & safety measures throughout the site.
