The Kavco Group team is celebrating another significant milestone this week as we officially handed over our latest residential development in Dublin's North Inner City. This moment represents far more than just the completion of another construction project; it symbolizes the transformation of an underutilized urban site into homes where families will build their futures, create memories, and become part of the fabric of one of Dublin's most historically rich neighborhoods.

Standing at the handover ceremony, watching new homeowners collect their keys, we couldn't help but reflect on the journey that brought us to this point. Two years ago, this site was a vacant plot that had sat idle for nearly a decade, a gap in the streetscape that represented missed opportunities and unfulfilled potential. Local residents had long called for something to be done with the space, which had become an eyesore and a reminder of the development stagnation that affected many inner city areas. When Kavco Group acquired the site, we saw not just land to be developed, but an opportunity to contribute meaningfully to the regeneration of this vibrant community.

The North Inner City holds a special place in Dublin's heart and history.
